November 15 2017 Challenge Featured Layout #1

It's time for another beautiful featured layout from one of our followers. But before we show you this inspirational page that was submitted to our November 15th sketch challenge, we want to recognize our sponsors.

A big thank you goes out to Lindy's Stamp Gang for sponsoring this challenge. They are offering one lucky participant a $25.00 gift certificate to their online shop!

Lindy's luscious luster is all uniquely two-toned! With vibrant shimmery sprays, flat sprays, vintage sprays, embossing powder and lots more! Lindy’s Stamp Gang is the creative” baby” of Lindy Plakinger. She passed away in 2008 after bravely battling illness. She was a self-made cartoonist, loved drawing, crafting, designing new products, and creating her funny cartoon characters! One of her greatest joys was traveling to stamping and scrapbooking conventions across the US, demo-ing to her heart’s content with her sister, and giggle partner, Vicki! Lindy’s Stamp Gang will continue, as was her hope, and dream. Her husband and daughter have taken over the company keeping her creativity alive. Tracey, (her daughter), has always been a “jar filler” in the background of Lindy’s Stamp Gang, but is now trying to fill some incredible shoes!
For more Lindy’s Stamp Gang please visit:

AND thank you to Scrapbook Nerd, who is offering a second lucky participant a $20.00 gift certificate to their online store.

Scrapbook Nerd is committed to helping you find creative ways to capture and preserve your memories. We have a passion for scrapbooking and other paper crafts and we want to share that with you. Its our goal to provide you with quality products from companies you know and introduce you to ones you might not. As part of our commitment to you Scrapbook Nerd has a forum & gallery. A friendly place you can connect with other crafters, share ideas and techniques that will help grow your crafty skills. Sign up for our newsletter to see all the latest happenings here at Scrapbook Nerd.

Hiromi is our featured artist today. I love the limited fall palette with the pops of gold. What a great selection of textured embellishments, too. Those critter die cuts are adorable tucked in with the doilies, flowers, and thread.

We are so glad you joined us, Hiromi. Please grab our "featured" button below and wear it on your blog.
Here's another look at the sketch:

Please link up your layouts over in the sidebar by November 29th 2017 at midnight EST to be in the running for one of our prizes. All prizes will be drawn randomly using Random.org to pick a number.

When linking your layouts, please make sure it is linked to the specific post your layout is in, not your blog as a whole as it can be hard for our team to find your layout, especially if you blog often. You can also link from any gallery including Facebook and Flickr (though we may not be able to comment in all forums).

Feel free to combine this sketch challenge with other non-sketch challenges, such as colour challenges.

Please post a link back to Stuck?! Sketches on your blog entry for our challenge. We would also love for you to share the sketch, too!

Thank you for visiting us today. We hope our sketch inspires you. Be sure to show us what you've made because we love to see your work and hand out prizes.

Please help us welcome Barbara Hoffman-Ludwig as our guest designer for this challenge!!

I will let Barbara tell you a bit about herself....

"Hello, my name is Barbara and it’s a great honor to be a guest designer at Stuck?! Sketches. I live with my husband and three kids in a cute little town near Frankfurt in Germany. I started scrapbooking after the birth of my oldest daughter, at first to use the million photos of a newborn child, and now I try to document our family life and all the other beautiful things in my life.
I love sewing and using watercolors on my layouts and I love trying every new technique which pops up in the world of scrapbooking. On my Pinterest board I have a large number of sketches – I really love scrapbooking after sketches and challenges – they give me the motivation when my mojo has left me. You can find my work on my blog: www.tausend-schoene-sachen.blogspot.de.
And on that note – Happy Scrapping!"

Here is Barbara's layout based on our sketch.

Thank you for joining us Barbara, we love that stitched ring of leaves!

Now let's get started with the challenge, here is your sketch....

As always we have a guest designer joining us. Please help us welcome Tya Smith  to our challenge!!

I will let Tya tell you a bit about herself....

"Hello there! My name is Tya Smith and I am so delighted to be here! I live in beautiful Utah and am a wife and mom to 3 great kiddos who are growing up way too fast! I started scrapbooking when my oldest was born and she is now almost 21! I have had some wonderful opportunities come to me through this wonderful hobby, teaching at my LSS and designing for some of my absolute favorite companies – Echo Park, Carta Bella, Doodlebug Design and Lori Whitlock. I seriously love every avenue of paper crafting from layouts, to cards, to 3D paper crafts. Most recently, to make a dent in my humongous amount of photos, I taught myself how to digital scrapbook and I am hooked! I love how quick, easy and versatile digital scrapbooking is! I am lucky that so many of my favorite scrapbooking companies also offer their products digitally! I take it as a huge challenge to make my digital layouts look like paper layouts with lots of shadowing and layers. It’s so fun and addicting! I also love that sketches don’t have to be just for paper layouts! I used the sketches found here all the time! I’d love for you to stop by my blog and say hello! Happy Crafting! "

Here is Tya's layout based on our sketch.

Thank you for joining us Tya, we loved having you as our guest!

Now lets have a look at our amazing DT reveals (in alphabetical order!)....
